There is an apparent lack of a theology of culture that informs a broad spectrum of Christian engagement today. This lack of a theology of culture hinders believers and thinkers to provide a robust response to the challenges offered by society.

 
 

WHY CULTURE?

 
 

- Culture is neither neutral nor an antithesis of Christianity..

- Culture making is a moral activity; it is conditioned by moral beings.

- Culture is not optional for humans; it is required in the very nature of their being.

- Culture refers to both the activity and the context of human shapers and formers.

- Goodness, Truth and Beauty seeks expression, and this happens through culture.

- Culture, when abandoned by faithful Christians, takes up the nature of a cult.
